PMO Executive - Job Description

Location: Chennai, India

Work Hours: 2pm-11pm IST / Flexible to overlap with Global Teams as required

Education Qualifications: Minimum of Engineering degree in Computer Science or Masters preferred (Degree through distance education need not apply)

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager, PMO Staff, with experience as detailed below

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with other IT and business leaders, stakeholder to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Working with global stakeholders and execution teams in various phases of project management starting with inception of project/ideation and initiation process as well as rest of lifecycle
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting organization PMO standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Going through the defined PMO practice & process using the published software and tools

**Required Skills**:

- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or any industry acknowledge Project management practice certification is required
- A minimum of five years' experience in the industry in relevant role
- Strong leadership skills to lead the project execution team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Very good in documentation and metrics presentation on the project and organization efficiencies as required
- Should be able to track support projects as well with required report generation
- Having experience in Sciforma (a PMO software) is preferred

Additional Skills:
1. Cross domain experience is an advantage

2. Experience in handling multiple vendors or external teams

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
