Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate PMO Executive with 0-1 year of experience (freshers with internship/project exposure in project management are welcome). This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in project management and gain hands-on experience in supporting project execution, governance, and coordination. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and the PMO team to ensure smooth project delivery and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and project trackers.
  • Help schedule and organize project meetings and record action items and follow-ups.
  • Provide support in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Track progress of tasks, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of senior PMO staff.
  • Communicate updates to internal teams and assist in stakeholder coordination.
  • Learn and utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure) for project tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to improve project management processes and PMO practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 0-1 year of experience (internship or academic exposure in project management preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and manage multiple tasks.
  • Certification or coursework in project management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, etc.) will be a plus but not mandatory.
