We are seeking an experienced, well-connected **Sales Executive** with a proven track record in the **B2B skincare and cosmetics industry** — particularly in **contract manufacturing and private label production**. This role demands a dynamic professional who can build strategic partnerships, drive sales growth, and act as a key representative of our manufacturing capabilities in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, pursue, and secure **new B2B clients** in the skincare and cosmetics space, including indie brands, established labels, and distributors.
- Leverage existing **industry connections** to open new business opportunities.
- Present and pitch **contract manufacturing services, private label programs, and turnkey solutions** to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal product development, regulatory, and production teams to deliver custom solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company strategy.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, ingredient innovations, and market movements** to proactively identify opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track leads, and provide regular reporting to management.
**Key Requirements**:
- **3-7 years of proven B2B sales experience** in the **skincare, cosmetics, or personal care contract manufacturing industry**.
- Strong existing **network of contacts within skincare and cosmetics brands, distributors, and industry stakeholders**.
- Solid understanding of **formulation development, production processes, regulatory standards**, and supply chain dynamics in personal care manufacturing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹10,617.37 - ₹35,429.95 per month
