
Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in BCA, BSC-IT, BE Computer and related fields.
- Experience 6month - 1year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
