Central Reservation Executive

- **Coordination**:Working with other departments, such as housekeeping or food and beverage, to ensure availability and guest needs are met.
- **Guest Communication**:Answering guest inquiries, providing information about the property's facilities and services, and addressing guest concerns.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.
- **Revenue Management**:Following sales techniques to maximize revenue and potentially assist with revenue generation strategies.
- **Software Proficiency**:Utilizing reservation systems and other relevant software to manage bookings and track data.
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshooting and resolving guest issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
