Performance Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Continuously optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives to improve conversion rates.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to track performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Forecast and plan budget requirements based on campaign performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing goals and align campaign strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
