**About MINISO**: We are a prominent franchise of the globally recognized brand MINISO, operating 14 stores across Delhi NCR. With a robust annual revenue of 50 crores INR, we are on a trajectory of substantial growth. As we expand our presence, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as Marketing Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive store traffic.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, create engaging content, and coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to support effective influencer marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with mall branding teams for strategic partnerships, promotions, and events aimed at maximizing brand exposure.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Experience in collaborating with external teams for branding and promotional events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
