**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Knowledge about procurement process.
- Identify, create visibility, and drive actions risks associated with fulfilment of production requirements by closely working with suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and all relevant stakeholders.
- Regularly work with manufacturing team for proactive shortages, short cycle shipments as well as production demands and proactive material planning.
- Drive the inventory control of Raw materials, WIP and JIT as per inventory entitlement as well as ensure control over slow moving/Obsolescence as per inventory policy.
- Further, keep on optimizing inventory levels and meeting the inventory days target.
- Identify and manage bottleneck and capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely dispatch of vendor aid materials to subcontractors and timely receipts of finished materials, reduce vendor-aid inventory discrepancy by monthly reconciliation.
- Close coordination with the cross-functional team to meet the project schedule.
- Work closely with sourcing and Component development teams to ensure successful roll out of the new parts.
- Analysing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.
- Knowledge about EN Implementation.
- Monthly MRP runs, Communicate schedule changes to suppliers.
