This includes tracking stock, placing orders, and conducting regular audits. Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive store environment. Sales and Profitability: Implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the store's overall profitability. Maintaining Store Standards: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and that visual merchandising standards are maintained. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Reporting and Administration: Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data, as well as managing store finances and budgets. Coordination: Working with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to align store operations with broader company objectives. Problem-solving: Addressing customer complaints, resolving staff conflicts, and making decisions to optimize store performance.
