**Job Title: Stores & Purchase In-charge**

**Position Overview**: Ambal Engineers is seeking an experienced **Stores & Purchase In-charge** to join our esteemed team. The role involves overseeing **Stores & Purchase** of LPG **Pipeline Materials / Pipeline Fittings**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor and manage inventory levels of stock order items **to ensure adequate supply as per norms while minimizing excess stock.
- **Ensure timely delivery of materials** as per production demand with proper shipping documents.
- **Ensure the supplies are received as per the desired specification** & Order quantity.
- **Prepare and process purchase orders** materials / supplies / equipment's based on **Production BOM and Cross functional Project team ROI**.
- To **work Closely with Stores & Finance team** for the **timely closure of GRN's and Invoice accounting**.
- Identify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with the suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- To build and **maintain strong relationships with suppliers.**:

- Coordination with Quality Control team and suppliers to address any quality issues or defects.
- To Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities and address any concerns or issues.
- **To Ensure the timely update & submission of the reports ( daily/ monthly)**.
- **Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data**.
- Analyze market trend, develop & implement strategies to reduce purchasing cost.
- Work through Understanding of **budgeting and cost management principles of the company**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of proven experience in **Stores & Purchase **, preferably in the Pipeline or utilities sector.
- In-depth knowledge of **Purchase and Stores Best Practices.**:

- In-depth knowledge in **Pipeline Materials & Pipeline Fittings.**:

- In-depth knowledge in **Tally (Purchase, Inventory and Delivery realted vouchers).**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
