**Job Summary**:
**Overview**:
As a Store In charge in real estate, you'll be in charge of managing and organizing all the materials and equipment needed for projects and property maintenance. Your job is to keep track of what comes in and goes out, make sure everything is stored safely, and help distribute items when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Experience : 5 to 10 years**
- **Keeping Track of Stuff**:

- Check and record what we get in and send out.
- Keep things tidy and easy to find in the storage areas.
- **Getting Things Where They Need to Go**:

- Give out materials and equipment when people need them.
- Arrange for deliveries and pick-ups.
- **Paperwork and Records**:

- Keep good records of what's in stock and what's been used.
- Write down anything important about what we get or use.
- **Checking Quality and Safety**:

- Make sure what we get is good quality and safe to use.
- Follow rules to keep everyone safe when handling materials and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with materials or in a similar job.
- Know-how to use basic computer programs.
- Good at organizing and paying attention to details.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy things.
- Knowledge of safety rules for handling materials and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
