**Job Title**: Business and Community Operations Executive
**Job Overview**:
The Business and Community Operations Executive will play a crucial role in bridging operational excellence and community engagement. This position will involve managing internal business processes while actively supporting community initiatives and fostering key relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, community leaders, and external partners to drive growth, operational efficiency, and a positive community impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Operations Management**: Support and improve daily operations by ensuring the smooth execution of business processes across departments. Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines, streamline tasks, and improve workflow efficiencies.
- **Community Engagement & Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and key partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations. Represent the company at community events, meetings, and outreach programs.
- **Project Coordination**: Lead and manage community-driven initiatives, including organizing events, programs, or partnerships that align with the company’s mission and values.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**: Gather, analyze, and report on key metrics related to both business performance and community engagement activities. Prepare regular reports to provide insights and progress updates to senior leadership.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work alongside various departments, including Marketing, HR, and Customer Service, to align business operations with community-focused initiatives.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization both within the business operations and community programs to ensure greater efficiency and impact.
- **Event Planning & Execution**: Coordinate and execute community-based events, campaigns, or partnerships, including logistics, marketing efforts, and post-event evaluation.
- **Communication & Outreach**: Manage internal and external communications related to community activities, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
- **Advocacy & CSR Initiatives**: Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts by researching, promoting, and executing initiatives that positively impact the community.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify challenges in both business operations and community relations and develop solutions to overcome obstacles and improve outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Community Engagement, Operations Management, or a related field.
- years of experience in business operations, community relations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of community engagement strategies and experience in fostering relationships with community leaders, local organizations, or stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business management software (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for both business success and community development.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) or community outreach programs.
- Familiarity with event planning, community partnerships, or public relations.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local community dynamics and key organizations.
