1)Support the sales and onboarding team in operations activities of winning and onboarding clients.
2) Develop and execute operations plans to improve efficiency.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
4) Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends in operations.
5) Monitor and report on operations metrics and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2) Proven track record of success in operations, preferably in Fintech.
3) Good analytical skills.
4) Good verbal and written communication skills.
5) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
6) Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
