**Role description**:
**Role Summary**:As an Associate, professional will be responsible for performing Audit under remote service deliverymodel by following Grant Thornton Audit approach, methodology and tools closely working with other team membersunder supervision of Engagement Lead. In addition to execution role, professional will also be involved in client communication and on the job training for junior team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of the Grant Thornton audit approach, methodology and tools
- Demonstrate working knowledge of auditing and aptitude for technical accounting
- Execute components of audit under remote service delivery model in an effective and efficient manner
- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in serving clients
- Follow instructions of seniors and provide guidance to Analysts.
- Experienced Associates assist with on the job training and coaching of Analyst and new Associate
- Anticipate project issues and take appropriate measures to resolve
- Conduct and interact with US team via Skype call in order to enhance good relationships
- Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
- Understand and adapt to the Grant Thornton corporate culture
- Participate in the buddy program
