In this role, you will:
**Position Description**
- Partner with Senior Financial Manager, Technology Cost Transparency, GBS resources, DTS VMO leader, and DTS procurement leader to establish PO management capability to consolidate all PO management to a SME team of 2-3 or directly back to the respective DTS owners
- Support design and initial configuration of automated financial planning process in TBM to enable line-item, PO level, budget management in DTS as appropriate.
- Design and implement appropriate supporting process and compensating controls to ensure solid financial controls are maintained.
**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Establish and execute DTS PO > Invoice > Accrual management process to consolidate all activities to 2-3 roles or push it back to PO owners across DTS while maintaining appropriate financial controls.
- Coordinate and run XLS PO line item management across DTS and participate in automating with implementation of Apptio tool - integrate with CTO / IRF if feasible
- Develop and execute a change and communication program to embed new ways of working across DTS, procurement, GBS, Finance, etc.
- Design and implement appropriate supporting process and compensating controls to ensure sound financial controls are maintained pre & post transformation.

- Education: Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial, and / or business partnership experiences.
- Technology: Understanding or exposure to digital technology industry, trends, products, & emerging technologies.
- Industry: Multi-national experience desired..
- Skills: Effective communication, process development, and analytical skills required. Desire strong business acumen with understanding of accounting, finance, and economics principles
