**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: - Demonstrated public cloud knowledge and experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Account Management: Experienced in account management and/or technical client-facing support - Deep passion for cloud technology and ability to articulate the cloud value proposition in both technical and financial aspects - Customer focused - Strong communication skills - Superior IS operations skills and a deep understanding IS technologies - Strong experience to manage operation services in the challenging environment

**Qualifications for the role**:
- Master’s or Bachelor Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is required
- Other ITIL and Lean certifications or designation preferred
