**Title**: Engineering SME & Energy Manager

**Department**: Intel Maintenance & Operations

**Areas of Operation**: Integrated Facilities Management - Intel

**Reporting to**: Chief Engineer, Intel Account IFM JLL

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide leadership to site Maintenance & Operations team as SME in electrical engineering to improve the overall efficiencies in electrical equipment Capability to manage large engineering team, maintenance budgets and execute safe working practices onsite Prepare an annual activity plan and present to management financially attractive investments to reduce energy costs. Establish energy conservation communication with Intel & JLL Regional team Initiate activities to improve monitoring and process control to reduce energy costs & analyse equipment performance with respect to energy efficiency, proper functioning and calibration of instrumentation Establish a methodology how to accurately calculate the specific energy consumption of various products/services or activity of the firm. Set the energy management goals, scouting for new technologies & best practices Planning and implementing improvements in electrical instrumentation & systems. Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to resolve issues on electrical systems Ensuring compliance to specifications, codes, customer requirements by directing & coordinating installation, operations, maintenance, documentation & testing Compiling reports and driving insights from data, prepare and implement energy saving plan, review SOPs/Job plans, inspect the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules Support maintenance teams, support audits both external/internal & drive closure Work towards the ‘ZERO’ down time ensuring compliance on statutory obligations Incidents analysis and closer with proper CAPA. Risk Assessment, FMEA and Management of Critical Environment. Conduct Quality Audits annually and follow for corrections and improvements

**Employee Key Competencies**:
Should hold a Degree in Engineering in electrical and electronics discipline as a minimum qualification and 10/12 years of experience in which at least 6-8 in facilities background.
Working experience as Energy Champion & SME
Good English communication & interpersonal skills along with local language preferred
Good knowledge in MS office & mail communication
Team player & quick learner attitude
Client facing skills
Innovative mindset with problem solving skills
Team management and ability to provide leadership to large team
Experience in working in critical environments like labs, Data Centers
