**About the Role**:
We are hiring **Field Sales Executives** who will be key players in promoting and onboarding exhibitors for IMS 2025. The role involves visiting manufacturing companies, pitching exhibition packages, generating leads, and managing outreach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit manufacturing companies and SMEs to promote IMS 2025
- Explain exhibitor benefits and encourage sign-ups
- Collect leads via field visits, networking, and referrals
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials
- Maintain daily logs, leads, and client feedback
- Assist in exhibitor onboarding and promotional activities

**Eligibility / Who Can Apply**:

- Students / recent grads in **Marketing, Business, Engineering** or related fields
- Passion for sales, marketing, exhibitions, and B2B engagement
- Excellent communication in **English and local language**:

- Must own a **two-wheeler** (Travel Allowance provided)
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and independent operations
