**What you will do**:

- Responsible for the full-life cycle of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and offer process.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess their technical talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful.

**What Cowbell needs from you**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have 3+ years Technical Recruiting experience; 2 years of which are in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Must have exceptional attention to details, be highly organized and the ability to handle multiple and constantly shifting priorities
- Track record of closing passive and active technical talent in a competitive market
- Experience in a fast-paced and transparent work environment.
- Possess excellent people skills, a flexible mindset, team-first approach, and a sense of humor
