**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries etc.) in Tally or similar accounting software.
- Maintain records of **sales and purchase invoices**.
- Prepare and file **GST returns** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Handle **TDS deductions**, payments, and returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and balance sheets.
- Support audit and compliance-related tasks.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in accounting.
- Proficient in **GST, TDS, sales & purchase entries**, and basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of **Tally, Excel**, and general accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized company.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and online GST filing portals.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
**Salary**: Based on experience and industry standards**Joining**: Immediate or within 15-30 days preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
