**Accounts Executive**

**Job Title**: Account Executive

Working Relationships
- Reports directly to the Head of Accounts (or Admin Manager if Head of Accounts is unavailable).
- Works collaboratively with HR, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and assisting in compliance activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain computerized books of accounts using Tally or equivalent software.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Collect salary and attendance data with HR for payroll processing.
- Process employee reimbursements and maintain petty cash records.
- Ensure safe and secure banking of incomes received; trace fees and other receipts.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements periodically.
- Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Calculate and prepare challans for PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax; make timely payments.
- File quarterly returns and assist in downloading Form 16 and 16A.
- Upload bank statements, PF challans, and other financial data as required.
- Collect and verify investment proofs for tax declarations.
- Assist in audit preparation, financial finalization, and tax assessments.
- Support data compilation for MIS reporting and assist in other accounting duties as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
