**CTC**: 25,000 - 30,000

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing purchase orders / proforma invoices / Sales Orders / sales invoices
- Review and verification of purchase/sales and expense invoices and payment requests
- Recording invoices into the accounting system
- Match Invoices with Purchase Order / Sales Orders (where applicable)
- Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records
- Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
- Updating bank entries
- Reconcile the vendor / Customer ledger to ensure that all payments / Receipts areaccounted for and properly posted.
- Update and maintain vendor / Customer database in a timely manner in co-ordination withrespective departments.
- Perform vendor / Customer statement reconciliations.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of SAP HANA preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Tally.
- Experience of GST and TDS.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable / receivables principles
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Trading / Retail industry experience preferable
- Must be a CA Dropout
- Males Preferred
- Age not above 35 Years
- Immediate Joiners required
