Job Title: Account Executive – TDS

Location: Goregaon

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive (TDS) to manage all TDS-related activities, including preparation, filing, and revision of TDS returns. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling TDS compliance independently and ensuring timely and accurate submissions as per statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle individual and organizational TDS returns independently.
  • Prepare, verify, and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
  • Manage TDS revisions and corrections as required.
  • Ensure timely payment and accurate computation of TDS.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for data collection and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of TDS challans, acknowledgements, and returns.
  • Track TDS notices and compliances and assist in their resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in Income Tax and TDS rules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in TDS filing and revision.
  • Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act and TDS provisions.
  • Hands-on experience with TDS software (e.g., ClearTax, Winman, Saral TDS, etc.).
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
