Supplier Performance

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- The Supplier Operations and Performance Guide works in collaboration with the Supplier and Site teams, business customers and suppliers to create additional value post-contract, through leading and delivering continuous improvement initiatives, innovation activities and other enhancements with global suppliers to create customer value for the business.
- The role completes defined improvement projects that will deliver tangible, measurable enhancements to supplier performance. Strong project management or other leadership experience
- Supplier Operations and Performance Guide will typically spend 80% of the time focusing on the global Tier 1 and 2 suppliers as defined through the segmentation approach and 20% helping to performance lead other suppliers in terms of providing standard methodologies, tools and templates to support the business.
- Supplier performance management - prepares business review meetings at all levels: operational and strategic in collaboration with the global category manager and Supports consolidated forecast sharing with suppliers and 24 months demand review.
- Leads Supplier S&OP & CAPA discussion with suppliers, focusing on KPI’s (SDP, POLTA, VCP & ISAR) and Responsible for supervising supplier performance against critical metrics, preparation of Heat maps for internal S&OP
- Handling data analysis and reporting, e.g. analyzing spend, demand, etc. Extracting, cleansing and consolidating information to fact-based insights for further usage e.g. in category strategies.

**Minimum requirements**

What you will bring to the role:

- Successful project execution by providing all external solutions in time / at the required quality and supplier service level to manufacturing sites. Effectiveness & Efficiency (Process Improvement & Compliance)
- Measurable and continuous process improvement & compliance assurance. SDP (Supplier Delivery Performance), Inventory Reduction, Innovation Pipeline, Cost reduction/ PPV / Net Savings
- Successful and measurable execution on efficiency programs (landmarks/targets) - SDP improvement, Inventory reduction Supports implementation of global category strategy with close interaction with suppliers and internal team members
- Runs continuous improvement projects and identify new ideas with suppliers to generate cost savings. Fill the innovation pipeline in collaboration with the suppliers. Call outs and handles most critical supply issues with suppliers.
- Leads the implementation of new supply models (coordination between procurement - contract & negotiation & Supply Chain), prepares the plan & drives implementation. Leads supplier capability development and business continuity discussions with the supplier.

Desirable:

- Master’s degree/Advanced degree in Business, Organization development, Human resource management or similar is required. Additional qualifications (CIPS, Project Management, etc.) or similar professional qualifications are preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant business experience in large corporate organizations (industry specific experience is a plus). Technical operations, procurement, supplier relationship management and supply chain skills are a plus Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in category management, supplier management, or related area
