- The Supplier Operations and Performance Expert works in collaboration with the Supplier and Site teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to create additional value post-contract, through managing and delivering continuous improvement initiatives, innovation activities and other enhancements with global suppliers to create value for the business. The role completes defined improvement projects that will deliver tangible, measurable enhancements to supplier performance. Supplier Operations and Performance Expert will typically spend 90% of time focusing on the global Tier 1 and 2 suppliers as defined through the segmentation approach and 20-30% helping to performance manage other suppliers in terms of providing best practice, tools and templates to support the business.
- Your key responsibilities:

- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supplier performance management - prepares business review meetings at all levels: operational and strategic in collaboration with Global Category Manager
- Supports consolidated forecast sharing with suppliers and 24 months demand review. Leads S&OP & CAPA discussion with suppliers, focusing on KPI’s (SDP, POLTA, VCP & ISAR)
- Responsible for monitoring supplier performance against KPIs
- Managing data analysis and reporting, e.g., analyzing spend, demand. Extracting, cleansing and consolidating information to fact-based insights for further usage e.g., in category strategies.
- Supports implementation of global category strategy with close interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Leads supplier capability development and business continuity discussions with supplier
- Runs continuous improvement projects and identifies new ideas with suppliers to generate cost savings. Fill innovation pipeline in cooperation with supplier. Escalates and manages most critical supply issues with suppliers
- Leads implementation of new supply models (coordination between procurement - contract & negotiation & Supply Chain), prepares the plan & drive implementation

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- 5-10 years of relevant business experience in large corporate organizations (industry specific experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical operations, procurement, supplier relationship management and supply chain skills are a plus
- Expertise in organizational dynamics and culture, ability to gain trust and confidence at all levels in the organization, leadership and project management experience
- Previous experience and strong mindset in continuous improvement and change management with a focus in the Direct materials domain.
- Needs to be able to work independently and reliably without much direction and guidance. Experience in international, complex and dynamic environments.
