**Position Overview**

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Degree in **Civil Engineering** with **minimum 5 years of experience**, OR
- **Diploma in Civil Engineering/Surveying** with **minimum 8 years of experience**:

- **Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in **quantity surveying, BOQ preparation**, and **cost estimation**.
- Familiarity with **modern computer-based survey methods** (e.g., Total Station, GPS, GIS tools).
- **Mandatory**: Experience in **at least one similar government project executed within the last 3 years**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Excel**, and quantity surveying software/tools.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and site layouts.
- Knowledge of standard construction practices and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed **quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs** based on drawings and site data.
- Conduct and verify **field surveys** using modern survey equipment.
- Assist in **project budgeting and resource estimation**.
- Support the engineering team in preparing technical documents for tenders and DPRs.
- Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
