Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Lucknow. The Quantity Surveyor will handle cost-related tasks such as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost plans, and ensuring effective cost control measures. The role also involves developing cost management strategies, generating detailed cost reports, and collaborating to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
  • Experience with preparing BOQ and conducting Cost Planning
  • Ability to produce and interpret Cost Reports with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills relevant to Quantity Surveying
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industrial and civil construction processes is a plus
  • Certification or professional membership in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
