We’re hiring a **Junior UX/UI Designer** to bring beautiful, usable experiences to life for our customers and cleaners. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and growth teams to design intuitive web and mobile interfaces, assist in user research, and improve onboarding flows.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who’s **committed, coachable, and analytical** — and who’s ready to learn how great product design feels for users, not just how it looks.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces using Figma
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
- Run simple walkthroughs of your designs to spot usability issues
- Collect insights from customer feedback and translate them into design improvements
- Document learnings and present design decisions to the team
- Join design reviews, growth experiments, and product discovery sessions

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years of design experience (freelance or in-house)
- Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and interaction design
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Curious and open to feedback — willing to test, learn, and iterate
- Strong communication and self-management skills in a remote setup
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Excited to learn customer-centered design principles and product research

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with user interviews, usability testing, or feedback loops
- Interest in onboarding UX or behavioral design
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, and Loom

**Compensation**
- Starting**:$700-$900 USD/month** (based on experience and skill level)
- **Performance-based raises** up to **$1,200/month** within **12-18 months**:
