**Position Overview**:
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, employ user research methodologies, and employ your design expertise to create visually stunning and highly functional interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
- **Information Architecture and Wireframing**:

- Develop comprehensive information architectures and intuitive user flows.
- Craft detailed wireframes to illustrate the structural framework of digital interfaces.
- **Prototyping and Interaction Design**:

- Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- **UI Design**:

- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces in alignment with project objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the UI team to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather actionable insights.
- Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback to enhance overall usability.
- **Documentation**:

- Develop clear and comprehensive design documentation, including specifications and style guides.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
- Clearly articulate design concepts and ideas through effective communication channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
