**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in fire detection and safety systems.
- Generate leads through trade shows, industry forums, online channels, and professional networks.
- Engage with potential customers, understand requirements, prepare proposals/quotes, and negotiate deals.
- Present and promote fire alarm systems, detectors, panels, and related solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales opportunities.
- Handle customer concerns, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (preferably in Fire Alarm / Safety / Security Systems industry).
- Good understanding of **fire alarm systems, detection solutions, and safety products** (advantageous).
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and target achievement.
- Ability to work independently, generate leads, and build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

**Performance Expectations**
- Consistently generate and follow up on new leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client interaction records.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
