**Job Title**: Food & Beverage Executive

**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East, Airport Road Metro Station, Mumbai

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
- Ensure smooth guest service across all dining areas and promptly address any guest issues.
- Supervise and support F&B staff during service, ensuring SOPs and service standards are followed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely food and beverage service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all F&B service areas.
- Help with staff scheduling, briefing, and on-the-job training.
- Oversee inventory control, linen, tableware, and supplies as needed.
- Handle billing and cash register duties when required.
- Support in executing promotions, events, or special setups.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and service etiquette.
- Ability to lead a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
