**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Executive will also drive the growth and development of marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
- Monitor company presence on social media
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Content curation for calendar
- Design, maintain monthly social media calendar

**Qualifications**
- Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
- Should have an knowledge in web analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Should have an knowledge in managing and leading marketing campaigns
- Should have an knowledge in marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree, Communications, or related field should be Digital Marketing Certified
- Social Media Management, Social Media Optimization, creating campaigns
- Create the content on Canva (graphic, video), content scheduling
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
- Primary focus on content creation, SEO (on-page, off-page) [Creative and critical thinking is a must]
