**Job Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Focus on production issue resolution, general support and maintenance for the Funds Administration business
- Static set up and maintenance.
- To work in partnership with the business to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of issues.
- Meeting SLA/OLA/KPI.
- Able to take Stakeholders and Business calls with quick responsiveness on asked actions
- Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients, technology suppliers and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement.
- Track the schedule, issue resolution progress, and be accountable for the associated tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of the assigned tasks.
- Work closely with other internal teams on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives.
- Responsible for writing, reviewing and executing Test Cases and tracking Defects.
- Highlight and track defects and ensure that they are fixed before project implementation.
**Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies**:
- Preferably MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA
- 4-6 years of experience in Fund accounting in Investment Banking domain.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and NAV calculation.
- Knowledge of all Security types like Equities, Bonds, Repo, CFD, Futures, Options, Bank Debts, SWAPS, Forwards, Spot, etc. trade life cycle, various Corporate Actions and its impact on portfolio will be an advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines.
- Must be prepared to work in a shift in line with regions supported including India night shifts
- Innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements
- Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and develop and maintain strong communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and prioritize aggressive deadlines.
- Make informed decisions within their realm of responsibility.
- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility.
