What You’ll Do

As a Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Trainee, you will:
Assist in end-to-end implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

Understand and analyze client business processes in accounting and financial management

Map finance processes to Dynamics 365 modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)

Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and training activities

Support data migration, UAT, and post-go-live operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and consulting leads

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who has:
A BBA in Finance from a reputed college or university

Solid understanding of accounting principles, finance processes, and reporting standards

Excellent written and spoken English skills

Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanor

A curious and analytical mindset, eager to learn new technologies

Good sense of teamwork, responsibility, and adaptability

Preferred but Not Mandatory:
Exposure to or interest in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools

Internship or academic projects related to financial systems

Certification or training in Dynamics 365 (bonus)
