**Required Skills**:
**1)**Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook/OWA.

**2)**Experience setting up and maintaining O365 Hybrid Environment using Hybrid Configuration Wizard and configuring connectors for mail flow and coexistence.

**3)**Skilled in managing **Azure AD**, including **user and group provisioning**, troubleshooting **directory synchronization (AD Connect)** issues, and maintaining a **hybrid identity infrastructure**.

**4)** Working knowledge of **Conditional Access Policies**, **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)**, and **Application Registrations** in Azure AD.

**5)User and License Management**:

- Creation, modification, deletion of **users, groups, and mailboxes**.
- Management of **O365 licensing** and **monthly license consumption reports**.
- User administration tasks including **password resets**, **account unlocks**, and **SSO support** using **ADFS with MFA**.

**6)** **Security and Compliance**: Implementation and maintenance of **Data Loss Prevention (DLP)** policies under Microsoft 365 and Remediation of audit observations (ATL closure activities).

**7) End-User Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Troubleshooting of issues related to **mail flow, mobility, Teams, SharePoint**, and **connectivity**.
