**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services.
- Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Develop course materials and curricula for training programs.**:

- ** Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- ** Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**:

- ** Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.**:

- ** Specific software knowledge required**:

- Familiarity with ISV solutions and their integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with popular ISV products such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory.
- Understanding of ISV compliance and compatibility standards.
- ** Experience in course development, examination, and assessment.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- Knowledge of additional ERP systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to create interactive and multimedia training materials.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
