Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to design implement and support Dynamics 365 solutions that align with our business needs The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring modules integrating systems and providing end-user support for CRM and or ERP functionalities Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements to design appropriate Dynamics 365 solutions Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications CRM ERP Develop workflows business rules and plugins to optimize business processes Collaborate with stakeholders functional teams and technical developers to deliver end-to-end solutions Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and third-party tools Provide training documentation and support to end users Ensure system stability scalability and adherence to security and compliance standards Participate in upgrades migrations and version enhancements Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ERP implementation and support Strong knowledge of modules such as Sales Customer Service Finance Supply Chain or HR Hands-on experience with Power Platform Power BI Power Automate Power Apps Proficiency in SQL JavaScript NET C or Azure services is a plus Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance Operations F O or Dynamics 365 Business Central Knowledge of ERP processes such as procurement sales inventory and finance Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
