Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- On-Camera Presence: Act as an on-camera host/presenter for social media videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and live sessions.
- Scriptwriting: Write compelling and concise short-form content scripts for videos, ensuring they align with the brand voice and engage the target audience.
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality visual content (images, videos, graphics) for social media, both for on-camera and off-camera posts.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand objectives.
- Storytelling: Develop engaging stories and captions to complement visual content, ensuring clear messaging and audience connection.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform features, and viral content ideas to create innovative and relevant posts.
- Campaigns & Collaboration: Work with influencers, partners, and the marketing team on social media campaigns to expand reach and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Use social media analytics to track performance and optimize content based on data insights.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content maintains brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio that showcases both on-camera and off-camera content.
- Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills, with the ability to present content in an engaging and natural manner.
- Strong creative writing skills, particularly in crafting concise, engaging short-form scripts for social media.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and their respective content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with the marketing team and external partners.
- Basic video editing skills for creating polished social media content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Experience with live streaming on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹11,515.30 - ₹35,000.00 per month
