**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator
**Location**: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage original, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
- Showcase our interior design projects, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes content to engage and inspire our audience.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Plan, shoot, and edit visually appealing photos and videos of completed interior projects, product showcases, and design tips.
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure content is innovative and relevant.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactions, fostering a sense of community and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules across all platforms.
- Assist in running paid campaigns, including creating content for ads, promotions, and sponsored posts.
- Promote brand values, services, and upcoming events, and keep our social media channels aligned with the company’s branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to leverage them for business growth.
- Expertise in photography, videography, and editing using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and engaging an audience.
- Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and home aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
- Knowledge of the latest trends in interior design, home decor, and lifestyle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
