**Job Title : Digital Creator & Social Media Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Manage and maintain various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, infographics, and written copy, tailored for each platform.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, user feedback, and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations to build a strong online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for social media growth.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital content creation and social media management.**

Proficient in using various social media platforms and social media management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging content (written, visual, and video).

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with photo/video editing tools.

Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret social media metrics.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences.

Knowledge of SEO and content optimization principles is a plus.

**Qualifications **:Any Bachelor Degree

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
