**Position
- **Accounts Executive (Import and Export)

**Experience-** Minimum 5 years

**Salary-** 25K-30K per month

**Job Descriptions-**
- Making entries in the Tally of sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, credit notes, JVs, Inventories related entry & all accounting entries
- Reconciliation of accounts & inventories
- Preparing pre and post Shipping Documents for Import and Export.
- Application for TT and LC Documentations.
- Preparing Documents against LC
- Coordination with the CHA and Forwarder for the clearance of Shipment.
- Applications of ROTDEP, generation of scripts, etc.
- Online renewal of required licenses related to export and import
- Timely closing of all import and Export shipments with the back against the bill if entry and shipping bill.
- Should have experience in operating Tally ERP-9

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tally: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 5 years (preferred)
- Auditing: 5 years (preferred)
