**Job Description: Export-Import Executive (with Tally Experience)**

**Location: Lower parel**

**Experience Required: 2-5 years**

**Qualification: Graduate or equivalent (Commerce background preferred)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Export-Import Operations**:

- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for bookings and documentation
- Ensure timely filing of Shipping Bills and Bill of Entry
- Handle LC, Advance Payments, and bank negotiation documents
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory bodies

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain proper records of all shipments (inward and outward)
- Coordinate for inspection, certifications (Fumigation, Phytosanitary, etc.)
- Manage RTO cases and customs queries proactively

**Tally & MIS**:

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Invoices, and GRN entries in Tally
- Record foreign currency transactions and GST implications
- Generate regular export/import MIS reports
- Monitor and reconcile inventory and accounts related to export-import operations

**Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers, buyers, transporters, and internal teams (Accounts, Warehouse, Production)
- Ensure dispatch timelines are met and customer documentation is shared on time

**Required Skills**:

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime
- Good understanding of EXIM documentation and procedures
- Familiar with customs clearance processes, HS Codes, Incoterms
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willing to learn export-import compliance updates and software tools
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize work
