**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Real Estate

**Location**: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting properties, and closing sales deals to achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property showings.
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and property listings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
