CRM/gems Stones Merchandiser

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Gemstones Merchandising**:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for gemstone displays, ensuring they align with brand identity and maximize customer interest.
- Ensure proper organization and presentation of gemstone collections in-store and online.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the right gemstones are selected, priced appropriately, and in alignment with market demand.
- Regularly assess the condition and inventory of gemstone stock and ensure it’s adequately displayed for customer engagement.
- Monitor gemstone trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and displays.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Use CRM software to track and analyze customer data, purchase behaviors, and preferences related to gemstones.
- Develop personalized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs to increase customer retention and drive repeat purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through personalized communications, follow-ups, and special offers.
- Implement CRM strategies to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to gemstone products or services.
- Analyze CRM reports to gain insights into customer needs and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Provide actionable feedback and reports to management regarding gemstone sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory requirements.
- Ensure that gemstone products are well-stocked and aligned with sales trends, working closely with supply chain and inventory teams.
- **Customer Education and Support**:

- Provide customers with detailed information about the properties, sourcing, and care of gemstones, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure that gemstone quality, authenticity, and certification details are effectively communicated to customers.
- Offer expert advice on gemstone combinations, trends, and customization options to enhance the customer’s buying experience.
- Train and guide staff on gemstone products, customer relationship management strategies, and how to use CRM tools effectively.
- Ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest trends, gemstone information, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and inventory) to ensure product availability, promotional campaigns, and optimal customer experiences.
- Use CRM data to identify target markets for gemstone products and tailor promotions to specific customer segments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, gemology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in the gemstone or jewellery industry.
- **Gemstone Knowledge**: Strong understanding of gemstones, including their types, qualities, certifications, and market trends.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Strong ability to develop merchandising strategies, track performance, and enhance customer engagement through tailored offers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer engagement and team collaboration.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail when it comes to product presentation, customer preferences, and data analysis.
