Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business expansion.- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product and service offerings. Articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach efforts.- Sales Presentations and Demos:
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our solutions.- Negotiation and Closing:
- Conduct negotiations and finalize deals in accordance with company guidelines. Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts.- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in an IT company.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
