**Responsibilities : - **Develop and maintain complex database systems using Oracle, PL/SQL, and RDBMS to support financial performance initiatives. - Oversee the implementation of Shell scripting and Oracle SQL Loader to streamline data processing and integration tasks. - Provide technical expertise in Oracle-SQL-RDBMS to ensure the reliability and efficiency of database operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for financial performance projects. - Design and implement database solutions that meet business needs and enhance financial performance reporting. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular database maintenance and optimization tasks. - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. - Develop and execute test plans to validate database functionality and performance. - Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to improve efficiency. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database systems and processes. - Provide training and support to junior developers and other team members on database-related topics. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve database solutions. - Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality database solutions that drive financial performance improvements. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Shell scripting, Oracle SQL Loader, RDBMS, Oracle-SQL-RDBMS, Oracle, and PL/SQL. - Demonstrate extensive experience in the Financial Performance domain. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Show proficiency in database design, development, and optimization. - Have strong analytical and communication skills. - Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
