**Job Role: Instructional Designer**

**Years of Experience required: 5+ Years**

**Work Location: Gurgaon/Pune - Remote**
- Drive the firm’s eLearning strategy and prioritize competing initiatives.
- Experience in scaling global training programs.
- Create learning paths and workflows, gathering feedback and data for iteration and scale.
- Design and create the best solution to fit the need including courses, videos, simulations, animations, graphics, lab exercises, assessments, job aids, and other written text.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and modern training methods/tools.
- Create on-demand offerings such as interactive courses, video tutorials, job aids, and exercises as part of a role-based mastery curriculum framework.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify the highest impact learning opportunities or learning gaps and manage initiatives to build new solutions or make improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Become a product expert by working hands-on with the software.
- Manage and drive efforts to execute the course development roadmap.
- Play an active role by contributing to strategically improving and learning solutions.
- Experience with eLearning content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, video production, and basic coding for the web.
- Supplement the management of our Learning Management System (uploading content, reporting, version control, etc.).
- Manage the certification process and ensure that the tests are up-to-date and technically accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead continuous training improvements in the interest of improving learner experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and authoring tools and suggest process improvements and product innovations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills and passion for hands-on content development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environment and to deliver on-time results.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team on a shared deliverable.
- Lead projects, initiatives, and strategies that contribute to our next-generation user experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly around showcasing work and deliverables.

- 5+ years proven working experience in instructional design
- 5 + years of experience with rapid development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora.
- 5+ years of experience working with video editing tools like Camtasia.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to plan own work and adhere to project schedules.
- Advanced skills with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Advanced skills with either Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Auditions, Photosho
