**Job Title - Instructional Designer**
**Location - Sec 44, Gurgaon**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revamp L&D Content**:

- Analyze and update existing learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective.
- Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, interactive modules) to enhance the learning experience.
- **Develop Proposals**:

- Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and showcase the value of our learning solutions.
- **Build Instructional Programs**:

- Design and develop comprehensive instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of audiences (clients).
- Use instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular reviews and updates of content materials to maintain high standards of quality and relevance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in building proposals and client-facing materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office specially (PowerPoint Presentations)
