Role Overview: The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and establishing strong partnerships with architects and designers in the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of premium interior products, excellent sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with architects and designers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell premium interior products through architects and designers. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify target markets, define sales objectives, and establish pricing strategies.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads and identify potential clients among architects, interior designers, and design firms. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build a strong sales pipeline. Utilize digital platforms, referrals, and other lead generation techniques to identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design professionals. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Regularly engage with them, provide product knowledge and expertise, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific design and project goals.
- Sales and Negotiation: Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations based on the client's requirements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize revenue and secure long-term partnerships. Close sales deals effectively and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish a customer-centric approach in managing relationships with architects and designers. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing accurate product information, and offering post-sales support. Maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
