**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial considerations.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients throughout the home buying process, from property selection to closing.
- Coordinate property viewings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to best advise clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and organize schedules effectively.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients' best interests.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and zoning regulations.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
